Unless there is any law to restrict people to go to any place, they cant be prevented. The word law cannot be used for an executive order. Law means a legislation made by Parliament through due process. There is no law in Pakistan that restricts the people to visit any city or any place of public importance in any city.
Containers placed on the roads of Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Murree and other cities are illegal and unconstitutional. No Government in the country shall be allowed to infringe the fundamental rights of people.
