The Supreme Court of Pakistan is having immense powers to take aid from any civil, military or judicial authority in case of need according to the provisions of Article 190 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The following article is reproduced below:-
| Action in aid of Supreme Court. All executive and judicial authorities through out Pakistan shall act in aid of the Supreme Court. |
All the institutions which are part of executive or judiciary are required to comply by the orders of supreme court as per this article. Supreme Court can order the State or its armed forces to do any act when its required under the law.
