A great aspect about the appellate courts is that they are in habit of maintaining the right decisions. The do not interfere in the decisions made by lower courts when they are free from errors and material irregularities. That means a good judge should never fear when he properly decided a cases on merits in the lights of law of land. This principle is discussed in the following judgment of supreme court.
