Supreme court refused to interfere in the right decision

A great aspect about the appellate courts is that they are in habit of maintaining the right decisions. The do not interfere in the decisions made by lower courts when they are free from errors and material irregularities. That means a good judge should never fear when he properly decided a cases on merits in the lights of law of land. This principle is discussed in the following judgment of supreme court. It is worth studying to have the right concept in mind..

  Citation Name  : 2011  SCMR  1325     SUPREME-COURT
