a.       Musha: share of unpartitioned land can be gifted. 2007 SCJ 410.

b.      Mutation: even if the name of plaintiff is omitted in mutation plaintiff otherwise entitled to inheritance, would not disentitle her from inheritance and not debar from claiming rights in property on basis of inheritance. 2006 MLD 47; 2005 SCMR 1690, 1447.
