Question

My wife filed a suit for khula. I the pre-trial, she said before the judge that she does not want to live with me. Has the khula been granted. I ask this because neither a document was issued to her nor to me and no intimation was given to me even through the union council. Further there there was the issue of the dowry articles, the case was dismissed for non-prosecution. What does this mean? Please clarify:
1. Has the khula been granted or not because the case has been dismissed for non-prosecution?
2. Do I keep the dowry articles and do whatever I intend to do with them?
3. What will be the position if I sell the dowry articles or throw them out and an application for re-opening the case is submitted?
Thank you.
