Auditor to be appointed within 90 days

A company shall have an auditor according to the provisions of the Companies Act 2017. For that purpose a company has to appoint an auditor within 90 day of its incorporation. The directors of the company are required to pass a resolution in this regard. Further the auditor consent is required from the audit company.

A company has to give auditor's consent every year while submitting the annual statutory returns. Annual Statutory Returns are different from income tax returns because these returns are filed at SECP while the income tax returns are filed at FBR.

Different audit companies have different charges for giving auditor's consent. However, a good lawyer can always arrange a reasonable auditor for his customers. A proper professional lawyer can also process the auditor appointment for a company in proper way.
