Procedure for divorce in pakistan

The procedure for divorce in defined in section 7 of the Muslim family laws ordinance 1961. A divorce case is filed after pronouncement of divorce from the husband. The process continues for ninthy days in which there are at least three hearings for reconciliation between parties.
