Khula is a right given to Muslim Women which they can exercise in case if they like to end relationship of marriage with husband.
Khula cannot be exercised solely by a Muslim Woman. For getting khullah she has to approach the family court or Qazi appointed by Government in this context.
A woman has to give genuine reasons for taking Khula from husband. If a wife hates her husband, it can be treated as a genuine reason.
