Documents Required for Registering a Single Member Company

A single member company is the one in which the director is the sole person responsible for the affairs of the company. It takes up the registration time of 2-4 weeks in general. It is registered from Securities and Exchange Commission. It can be registered online or manually..

The following documents are required for the registration of a single member company.

- Form 29
- Form S1 - signed by director, nominee director and alternate nominee director
- Articles of Association
- Memorandum of Association
- Fee Challan submitted in the designated bank
- CNIC copies of the director, nominee director, alternate nominee director and company secretary
