Difference between the terms Hearsay and Res Gestae

Evidence Act principles are very difficult to understand. This judgement shows difference between the terms Hearsay and Res Gestae which are both used for evidence.

Evidence ----Hearsay evidence---Anything said immediately after the occurrence by .the people gathered cannot be termed as hearsay because the same is admissible as res gestae
